After significant research and eye-witness accounts of the children suffering from poverty in Nevada, Angela Watkins founded Sole Angels. Sole Angels is working to build a network of awareness, where children can find strength in each other, creating a community larger than their circumstances.
Angela is originally from San Diego, California and has resided in Nevada for over 15 years. She earned her degree in Merchandise Product Development from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising. In 2012, Angela launched A Life in Heels, an online women’s shoe boutique specializing in trendy high heels retail. Early on, she realized her passion for helping children in need was not being fulfilled.

Lisa Marie is a consultant helping businesses develop a strong brand awareness in their respective marketplace. Her company, inRETROSPECT works with several local Las Vegas businesses and works with Sole Angels on developing community partnerships and guiding brand and marketing strategy. She holds her Master’s Degree from John Jay.
Alison is an expert in organizational development with a background in positive leadership and human resources. Through many volunteer experiences and a passion for giving back to the community, Alison has developed a strong working knowledge of best practices for volunteer coordination and management. She holds her Master’s Degree from Claremont Graduate University in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation.
Dona has had over 30 years of experience running successful businesses in the area of health and wellness. She specializes in leadership and business development. She is currently a member of her local Rotary Club and Business Networking International (BNI). Today her passion is with helping lead the charge of Sole Angels.
